What’s the best file format, image size and resolution?
JPEG or TIFF files provide the best file format for reproduction. Files should be no larger than 3mb in size and should be at least 300dpi resolution. |

Can you make a collage from multiple photos?
Sure can. Collages come with different options for backgrounds, arrangement and number of images. |

Can you work with a traditional prints?
Yes. Our digital lab can create canvas art using traditional photos and hi-resolution digital files. |

Do you do black and white?
Absolutely. Black and white canvases are quite elegant. Canvases can be created from either color or black and white photographs. |

Can you restore old pictures? Our digital artists will gladly review your picture to determine if restoration is possible. |

Can I ship the order to someone else?
Yes. We drop ship anywhere in the continguous 48 states. |

Do you ship internationally?
We will ship internationally, however, we will contact you prior to processing your order to advise shipping costs. Any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. |

How much does it cost to ship my print?
Unless otherwise specified, all art is shipped FED-X Ground. The total cost for shipping & handling is $14.95. For Next Day Service, the total cost for shipping & handling is $39.95. |

Do you custom make special sizes?
Yes we do. You will need to speak to one of our representatives to discuss size and specification. Shipping restrictions or additional costs may apply. |

Can I order a round or oval canvas?

Can you use a professional photograph?
Yes. Customers must provide photographers permission in writing to reprint an image. Proof of permission can be faxed to 480-785-2106 |
