As part of our mission to give back to the community, MyPetsOnCanvas.com sets aside twenty gift certificates each year for an 16x20 canvas to non-profit organizations that deal with service-animals, therapy-animals, rescue, animal education and/or training. To qualify as a recipient of the "Giving Back" program, complete the form below and a respresentative will contact you upon approval of your application.
